The people in the network make themselves available for our candidates and carry out network meetings.

The aim with the network meetings as not to find a job for our candidates, but to help the candidates to find information about different branches in addition to getting feedback and sparring about their profile.

Executive Network has existed for seven years, and we have good experiences with it. The candidates have received constructive sparring, good input and ideas. Many have also got new contacts via people in the network.

Furthermore, people from the network participate in our board meetings as required.

Carsten Lønfeldt, former Group Director at Coloplast:
"Personally, I love meeting people, who can use what I know. I can help job hunters by adjusting their wishes to their competences. By activating my professional network sometimes, we are lucky enough to find actual job opportunities.

Allan Koch, executive board work:
"At the network meeting you can openly give each other sparring and mentoring without having to think about relationships. Job hunters have the opportunity for sparring at a level equivalent to one of the job interviews they will attend. It is a situation that is very close to the real world

Personally, I feel it is an opportunity for me to test myself, which always is interesting and developing.

Here, a previous cabdidate tells about her experience with the network: "During the meetings I had with network participants, I felt welcomed with open arms. It isn't just "anybody" in the Danish business community that you get access to. You receive "to the point" and competent sparring as well as empathy during a period, where you are also building up your confidence. It is obvious that the network's network is in play. The amount and variation of experiences have definitely helped me move on."
