AS3 Nordic Executive's consultants are specialized in providing individual counselling programs for directors. The goal is to challenge the personal objective and strategy in connection with a change of job, and thereby contributing to a happy conclusion of a process of change.
Executive Outplacement Collaboration
Typically the program is without a time limit and continues until the director has achieved a satisfactory solution to his/her career. In addition, we guarantee that the director can, for a period, return if the acquired solution should, against all expectations, turn out to be the wrong one.
We always offer a non-committal meeting before a decision about a possible collaboration is made. At that meeting we present the basic elements in our counselling and make visible the possibilities that collaboration can provide. Afterwards, we tailor together with the director an individual program that builds upon the basic elements: "Foundation, possibilities, action, and results".
The director becomes part of a close team with two Executive consultants. Within the team one consultant acts as the director's direct sparring partner, while the other functions as a resource for the two others as well as having the overall responsibility for the process. The elements in our program are seldom decided before hand, but target the actual conditions that the director is faced with.
In addition to these individual sparring partners AS3 Nordic Executive Outplacement also covers individual meetings with chosen Senior Executive consultants from our Executive Network - who focus upon ensuring a continuous evaluation of the program and the results achieved.
Our work together with the director is of course fully confidential.
