Why Executive Coaching?
The reasons for starting up coaching can be: wanting to develop yourself, an challenging situation, or an actual problem. Individual, personal coaching gives the director the chance to make specific his/her development wishes to an external, neutral coach that doesn't have a preconceived opinion about the company or director.
