Executive Career Balanced Scorecard is the model AS3 Nordic Executive A/S has developed to offer you sparring in connection with your career assessment.
The model is based on the traditional Balanced Scorecard approach, but naturally it is adjusted to our candidates' needs and wishes with the objective of drawing up a "personal business plan" that directly contributes to strengthening the market value of the person as well as the company.
Executive Career Balanced Scorecard is an individual program of sparring, where we work on drawing up individual ”Key Performance Indicators” and connecting these in relation to your company and future career.
In short he model is based upon your personal values, your visions, dreams, and career goals (Vision & Strategy). Using these aspects as a starting point you work with other perspectives your current situation (The Foundation), your areas of development (Learning & Development), your network (Network), and the balance between your work life and private life (Work-Life Balance). All modules are rounded off with a "check" in relation to your personal values.
