Our professional approach is based on six key points, where points 1-3 are included in all our services:

1. Equality and Full Commitment

To ensure that we have appropriate time and energy our consultants have a limited amount of candidates at one time. Our understanding of the business community ensures that we can meet our candidates on their level - and we guarantee dedication, confidentiality, and full commitment.

2. Unhindered Access

From the moment we start working with a director, that director becomes a part of our everyday. This means that we are available, when acute questions or problems arise - twenty four/seven.

3. The Trinity

We work as a trinity: the director, the Executive consultant, and a partner/director from AS3 Nordic Executive. The director and Executive consultant have a close working relationship. The partner is a resource for other two through continuous dialog, and has responsibility for providing inspiration - challenging goals and strategy.

4. Comprehensive Counselling

Arranging a "personal board" for the director allows for comprehensive and relevant sparring in the process. The board is made up of Executive consultants from AS3 Nordic Executive also allowing for externals (e.g. business people with relevant professional and/or branch-related competences/experience) to participate if required. Depending on the program and the director's needs, the board meets at intervals to evaluate and give inspiration to objectives, strategy, and activities.

5. Executive Network

We provide the director with access to one of AS3 Nordic Executive's established professional networks - called Executive Network - that functions as a supplement to the director's own network. Typically, the Executive Network is made up of 20 top leaders, directors or executive board members from some of the highest profiled Danish companies. These people make themselves available regarding meetings, personal sparring, and mentoring.

6. Coaching and Sparring in your Continuing Career

We continue regular coaching through a beforehand set period of time after the director has found a satisfying solution. The aim is to follow up on the milestones that are defined as well as optimizing success in the new task which the director is faced with. In that period we guarantee that the director can return to one of our programs if the new solution against all expectations isn't the right one.
