Martin has a solid experience from the Danish and Nordic FMCG industry. He has 23 years of experience with the American FMCG giant Kraft Foods - lately he was CEO for the Danish subsidiary and for the Nordic sales. Furthermore, Martin has been chairman of the board and member of the board in several internal and external companies and trade associations.

Karsten Gronemann has a background as corporate manager in the pharmaceutical industry – his most recent position was as manager at Lundbeck for nine years with responsibility for a significant part of the company’s global expansion.
Karsten Gronemann also has a strong ballast of international experience and competences acquired in executive marketing positions at Novo Nordisk and six years at Pfizer in New York.
